Pros
Met some good people with good ethics there who fortunately are no longer with this company.
Cons
Management is one of the worst I've ever seen. You either have managers who don't do their jobs and are almost impossible to reach, or you have micromanaging sticklers that have way more reach than they should. Nepotism is rampant there, with most managers being either friends or family of the CEO and having to take zero accountability for any actions. Any managers who came in that were actually competent left shortly after they realized they were fighting a losing battle. Record keeping is basically non-existent, and accounting can barely remember to pay their vendors...people can't work without lights or internet, folks!
