Pros

Minimal side work, no late nights, PTO and benefits package with 401k.

Cons

Cocktails are curated by bartenders - but you don’t get a percentage of cocktail sales like other restaurants give. Staff has lost a lot of freedoms they were once afforded - dress code has become very restrictive, staff discounts have decreased, shift drinks have been taken away. It is tough to feel appreciated when the company is expanding and staff freedoms and comforts are taken away and nothing is given. Management also often dangles opportunities in front of staff but those are rarely honored.

Pros

Decent money, not crazy hard work.

Cons

Poor management, favoritism is rampant, broken equipment, unclean dishes, and just a pure lack of actual leadership. Constant overworking.
