- painless and honest recruitment process - good salary and frequent pay rises - great work getaways and integrative trips - we often play things together = atmosphere is great - the boss really wants you to learn something, he is helpful and encouraging - you are encouraged to take things into your own hands - no idea is a bad idea - flexible working hours

Sometimes people are too busy to be actually able to discuss some matters with you.
