If Elon Musk built a space port on Mars and was sending home messages to earth, the technology and engineering marvel that would be the first extraterrestrial interstellar transmission system would not be sufficient to reach the minds of those who determine the fate of the company. The executive team seems to only be driven by their own vision of how things should operate and will not heed other's advice about changing their out dated and out of business norms ideals. Creative, innovative and needed ideas are only channeled through 3 or 4 decision makers who are cemented in their traditions. Those 3 or 4 people seem to believe that the only way to progress is through their way of doing things. Its frustrating. I wish them the best of luck.

•Consider working elsewhere if you are part of the LGBTQ+ community •Management is generally only concerned for themselves, and not lifting up employees •A LOT of very unhappy employees •They say they consider everyone family, but only if you are actual family or have worked there for a very long time •Expect people to work their fingers to the bone for VERY little pay, or at least not comparable to the rest of the industry/position
