No rules at all Your all activity will be monitored you will feel like a school If you resign management will do all possible way to irritate you by there decisions No learning scope.

There is only one pros till date they pay salary on time but no guarantee as the business of the company is never been very stable

Cons

Completely managed by one single person who can change and deviate any policy and process as per his wish. No job security as the job depends completely on the mood of the autocratic management and how much favourable you are in front of his eyes. Hire and fire policy without any reason and explanation. Extreme ugly boorish behaviour of the top management particularly towards the female employee.
