1. Don't join this company at all. 2. Management change according to their wish. 3. They treat employees like Slaves and never give you value at all. 4. No proper holidays, and if you ask about your rights they will ask you to leave company 5. They won't give you payslips, offer and appointment letter. 6. They ask you to work like slaves even if you achieve targets no appreciation they think only about money not even about employees health. 7. They don't have employee PF, health benefits etc. 8. If you want you can check with current and former employees before joining this company. Please don't join this company

It doesn't matter whether you joined as a permanent employee because you won't have job security here. You never know when they're going to fire you by giving ridiculous excuses like cut downs, and we don't give salary . There is no recognition or appreciation for hard work at this company; if you worked hard and earned excellent quality scores, you will be fired. If you don't want to have your career derailed in the middle of your employment, my advice is to stay away from this organization. If you find a better position with a lower income than the TFF offers, you might consider working for another organization instead.
