      Bad Company makes False promises

      Pros

      No pros, as the organisation is not good to continue career. Just say NO to them.

      Cons

      HR will make fake promises for you to join. So once you join they won’t stick to their words and then make changes policies to avoid rewarding their rewards. They will threaten you from expelling you. Management is so greedy and selfish

      1)As we are into IT infra consulting space, we get exposure to multiple infrastructure, it brings in lot of opportunity to learn new technologies. 2)Team here is always eager to learn new tech 3) Higher management is just a phone call away. 4) The idea of letting everyone grow is deeply engraved in the work culture.

      Cons

      Since we are consulting space and you are responsible for client's IT infra, and the idea to be instantly available if something goes wrong with client's infra can be daunting at times
