Nice place to kick start your career, Good learning oppurtunity, Email reporting will also enhance your technical writing skills and handling the clients. Lunch is very good there, Although you have to pay for it, But it is good.
Cons
Very odd timing, Very low salaries, Too many strict policies enforced by HR, Overtime is the norm here, Work Life is not balanced, Too much work. (But good thing to handle this thing in early at your career)
