1) HR is only interested until you accept job. After that you don't exist for them until you resign. 2) Problems needs to be solved, not just heard. There are few people who hear problems and virtually none who solve them. Problems are mostly environment and resource related. 3) Being service based company creativity of many employees gets rusted. We just do what we are told to do, hardly any room to think create and define requirements. 4) Salary is mediocre and does not compensate enough in office environment. 5) No performance bonuses, and promotions are time based and not performance based so hardly motivating.

You don't learn much because the company mainly focuses on BPM solutions, which really is a dead technology. Techlogix only thrives because the number of companies offering BPM solutions are very few.
