      Nothing. Only those who are fine with working and behaving like slaves can like this company.

      Cons

      Cannot voice out your opinions as management feels employees should behave like slaves. You cannot oppose them otherwise their stupid ego gets hurt. It's not a digital marketing company. They make employees work for their affiliate marketing business.
