      They will attract you with package. But later you will regret every part of it.

      Cons

      This company is not employee-friendly — no maternity leave, no growth, and no support for flexibility. If you ask for WFH or hybrid, they either push you to resign within two months or force you to send emails in a manipulative way so the blame never comes on them. Overall, the culture is unsupportive and restrictive, with no real opportunities for career progression.
