Pros

Very beautiful offices at HQ - a true design masterpiece. (But HQ is in the middle of nowhere. If you are planning to move to Cesena, make sure you truly want to do it. ) You will train in the best Corporate gym you can have (but you have to pay 50 euros per year to access it! And they will check if you train and how frequently you train. This tends to count more than your work performance.) You can access the gym (but only at certain times and days - in the morning before 8.30, lunchtime or sometimes a couple of hours in the evening. No Sundays.). On Saturdays in the morning you can bring a friend. Products are amazing - the most innovative and with the most beautiful design you can have in the market. Food in the T-Restaurant is delicious - not too fat, no oil, no salt, no sauces, etc. Quantity is controlled. The quality is pretty high and you don't pay much. In the surroundings there is only a McDonald's and you can't bring your own lunchbox. You will meet very smart people but they are all looking for new jobs.

Cons

Of course this is not always true - but it is OFTEN the case: OVERSELLING IN INTERVIEWS - They lie in the interviews because they have hard times in getting people move to the middle of nowhere. They promise a brilliant career pathway, lots of money, and flexibility with working hours or location. This will NOT happen. There are NO development plans, you have to clock in and clock out, they dictate on the holidays you can take, they choose how long your lunchbreak should be, if you work extra hours or during weekends you will not be able to compensate etc etc. The performance appraisal is non-existing, managers are only senior sales people, they have no people management skills and loyalty and number of MOVEs count more than anything else. And mind that training happens during weekends or lunch breaks. You are expected to stay in the office at least 1 extra hour everyday. MBOs just show up at the middle of the year and they always find ways not to pay you the money they owe you. RETENTION CLAUSES – since they have a very high turnover they try to keep you by making you sign retention clauses. They make FAVORITISM. MISTRUST - they treat you as if you are there to steal money from the company and they are control-freaks. TOXIC ENVIRONMENT - I have seen managers yelling at employees and did not see many promote teamwork or work to create better relationships among employees. It is a really tough environment for women. Women in top positions are just a few, and women in general are not treated equally and there is no diversity at all. The few foreigners in the office live really a tough life. People are so frustrated that actually wait for the moment in which they can tell you off for doing something in the wrong way. But nobody knows how things should be done or things can be done in many different ways depending on your loyalty/relationship with management. On top, people only do something when they feel threatened by their manager or by the CEO, otherwise they wait for 18.30 to call it a day and go home. INNOVATION - Products are really futuristic but the rest is really old-fashioned. CEO - He has the last word on everything, Senior and Middle Management always say YES. Social networks are demonised. Life in a branch is a bit better but everything depends on what HQ dictates.

Pros

Work for the best fitness company, most advanced R&D in the market of gym equipment, great location

Cons

High Turnover Management lie continuosly and only try to please a delusional CEO who is t he founder and a very false man Unfocused management. Micromanaged from top to bottom Toxic culture, no flexibility nor trust towards employess - especially on HQ. No clarity on target setting and MBO structure A lot of amibuguity on who does what High Turnover (especially in December/January) Rampant Favoritism Working from home is available for those who are liked HR has a strict closed door policy and will ignore any questions you have to work other jobs Management is overpaid and selfish only looking out for themselves while hiding in their offices Extremely poor distribution of work throughout departments The company is in 4th place but pretends they are aiming for 1st There is no clear policy on Annual Reviews/Pay Increases but plenty of excuses about "The Budget" Unfulfilled promises during the Kickoff Meeting including unrealistic Sales Forecasts
