The owners girlfriend and her family runs everything, if you get in her way or object to her you will be bullied out of the office. They encourage office gossip usually led by internal staff. You cant complain about the food the caterer is owned by the CEOs girlfriend. Employees will ask for favors like borrowing money or using your credit card and you cant say no because they are close to the boss. The culture is very unproffesional basically do not cross the boss or his girl or you will be fired or bullied to resign. You work for a client and sometimes your client give out a bonus but they only give you half there are hidden admin fees or transfer fees thats what they say. And you have to pretend or lie to your client that you got the whole amount. They like to scare or threaten employees, they say you will be sued if you go direct to your client or say something bad about their company. No room for career growth The team advisors do not know how to manage people, They often talk about other workers and complain about them or compare you to them.
