Less facility and employee benefits, No Job security, No prior Intimation regarding any decision to employees, No one to one discussion on feedbacks, internal feedbacks given by other employees will not be shared and discussed with employee. Less opportunity to growth.

No work-life balance, all the reviews are given by company it self. Poor management and they wanted to listen what they are expecting never allow us to say from our perspective.
