      Salaries are decent, the team is creative and young, and some of their products are great.

      Cons

      Owner is deciding everything and shows narcissistic traits. People starting with the company will be sold a dream but will face a rude awakening soon after. Employees are told many lies and staff members fall in and out of grace with the owner constantly.
