Free food which is prepared by the "experienced chefs". The free transport that can take you for a ride with bed-bugs and other mites.
Cons
Well, Almost everything, No work life balance, Can ask you... rather force you to do 12 hours of shifts without prior information at a cost of Rs. 300 per day's extension, the reason that will be stated are more baseless (as you stay near to work & what will you do by returning home - you anyways stay in a PG). Management and HR don't care about employees, Not at all people-centric more of process. No activities that I can recall in the last 13 months. Biased! Yesh you read it correct! Sexist! Yesh that's correct again! You can get out after abusing a customer on a call if you have a pretty face :) You can get yourself in deep trouble if you are found chewing a gum :/ No phones! The only option to get connected to your home is to call from the reception's phone that doesn't allow you to talk for more than 2 minutes. The list goes on. Finally - You can join as a layover between 2 major flights but don't expect anything much here.
