      Pros

      There are a lot of talented and passionate people at Temando. Everyone strives for the best they can within well understood constraints. The result is a "can-do" culture that is rather infectious.

      Cons

      The company is focused on a lot of different efforts and initiatives. It appears on the verge of suffering from similar issues raised in Yahoo's Peanut Butter Manifesto.

      A declining workplace thats forgotten what made it successful

      Pros

      There are good opportunities there, particularly if you are liked by the right people.

      Cons

      Senior management view most staff as disposable. Pay is below average. Office perks have been steadily declining for the past 2 years. Mentoring and training are both seriously lacking.
