Pros
- Great working environment - Flexible hours when required (doctors, dentist, etc., TOIL) - Continued professional development - Cake and Smoothie bundles from local cafe's - The team feels more like friends and family than 'colleagues' - Invests in Technology required to fulfil role
Cons
- Due to having an international clientbase, there are times where work outside standard hours may be required. This is always compensated but to some may be a negative.
