Pros
+ Compensation level is higher than average (average in the local job market) + Flexible working hours, many other work terms are negotiable + Good and supportive coworkers + Great company culture + The office is located in the city center, easily accessible from many locations (pre-covid era) + Very good corporate events, regular team buildings + No pressure and rash from management, each task gets as much time as it needs, there is always enough time for detailed analysis and research (probably depends on project) + No open spaces, rooms have medium size, contain less than 10 people, which is better for concentration +- The management is nice and always open for communication but doesn't trigger communication process by themselves. If you keep silent, it is assumed that everything is OK from your side. (which may be the case)
Cons
- The office building is old (but comfy) - The projects are very different, some are interesting, some are less interesting, sometimes significant amount of time may pass until you assigned to the right project - Not many possibilities for career growth and opportunities
