- Virtually no salary bump. I've worked here for almost 4 years, and the management haven't the slightest inkling to boost my salary. - Virtually no bonus. The money goes to the upper management. - No overtime benefit, but management expects us to work overtime. - Employees are generally overworked due to lack of staff. - Incompletent project management. Bad decisions were frequently made that jeopardized the project, and the blame was shifted to the developers. - Salary usually comes late. - Claims are usually paid late. - No prospect for career growth.

It runs by a bunch of penny-pinching people, low salary & low increment. Top management often gives small appreciation to the staffs, while staffs are expected to work overtime, without perks nor compensation. Tasks given are sometimes outside from staff's job desc. Micro-management and unprofessionalism in company culture makes it hard to grow career opportunity.
