      Pros

      You learn to work hard and become extremely good in sales because you have no choice.

      Cons

      You're exploited, over worked and under paid every month. It's depressing and you get robbed off your commission if you make target. You get sabotaged and can never make target. R3200 basic and if you hit target you get 2.5% commission of your target.

      Cons

      they offer you commission with ridiculous targets , the targets they set for you isn't even equivalent to the amount of stock that is kept in store and they have no control as to when stock arrives, they don't allow you to take any days off in December
