Leadership work minimal hours in person, while lower staff are expected to do all the work. Leadership never stay late for events. Staff are penalized for expressing they are overwhelmed. Leadership refuse to give praise, they only criticize. Operations teams are allowed to do whatever they want with no oversight Constant miscommunications
