      Overpriced, overworked and eternally unhappy

      Pros

      Feeling of community and lax attitude, generally friendly customers and coworkers. Paid above minimum wage

      Cons

      Little to no training - everything on the job, some under 18s working 12 hour shifts (hardly legal.) Under 18s also legally eligible for extended breaks, but not here. Pay day on Wednesday? Lucky if you get it by Thursday. Also all seeing eyes in the sky, ready to bring you into the office for minor infractions.

      Pros

      Do not work here it destroys your will to live. They have the worst reputation in Belfast for treatment of staff. You will get worn down trying to work with terrible managers on a power trip that love bullying teenagers.

      Cons

      Everything. This place is falling apart all the staff members don’t last more than a handful of months because they are treated so badly.
