Pros

Unbelievable opportunity to break into the data space. Co-workers are some of the most helpful and intelligent people I have ever worked with.

Cons

Not many. Pay for being in NYC could be a little higher but the company goes above and beyond to set up their employees for success in the future.

Pros

Good WLB (if you set boundaries), great way to get exposure to modern analytics and work in general, fantastic colleagues

Cons

-Low salary even for entry level, consulting experience can vary between clients, -first 4 months is tough b/c of intense training (not a real con, just a heads up) -Management always has too many or too few consultants to meet demand, leads to layoffs in worst case scenarios that could've been easily avoided by not overhiring
