      Pros

      Teaching students from other countries.

      Cons

      The inability of the director at the Edmond school. The rules aren't the same for all employees. They are implemented at random.

      Pros

      I met some wonderful students who were sincere, hard-working and genuinely wanted to learn.

      Cons

      Management was a complete nightmare. They took advantage of and lied to the employees, said discriminatory things about students and did not have anything for teachers to follow (i.e.: syllabus).

      The ability to teach others from different countries. The ability to learn about and from different cultures.

      Cons

      The favoritism that is shown to employees that have violated company rules. These infractions go against every professional teaching standard.
