Pros

Lovely students who respect the teachers, wonderful colleagues who commiserate with each other

Cons

Stagnant pay with miserable yearly increase. No 13th month bonus. Difficult to take leave even if it's for urgent matters, resulting in many teachers simply taking last min MC if they have to be away. Planning team has absolutely no flexibility and doesn't understand the meaning of taking leave apparently.

Pros

Good pay, good colleagues, that's it!

Cons

Terrible leadership, CEO was brought in to sell the business, so just ran it into the ground by cutting all costs. CFO couldn't even answer basic finance questions. always looking for scapegoats
