      Great colleagues, great collections, most members are very appreciative of our work

      Cons

      Senior management overly focussed on quantity (eg targets) and appearances over quality. Less bad now we've unionised.

      A fantastically warm community within the member services department. They are the ones that really care for the books and the members with similar reverence.

      The leadership team do not prioritise the looking after of the books.
