TheMatra has not only very smart people, but also very good people that treats each other with respect and supports each other.
Cons
Every startup may suffer at the beginning of problems and each company will deal and react to those problems differently. I think this will not be negative if the company tries to cure those problems and try to avoid their recurrence reallyI love what this company does to avoid problems
