If you are looking to work at a fast-pace, fun, and engaging environment then Optimal Group is the place for you. Since I have started working at Optimal Group, I would say I have been nothing but a positive experience. From the moment I joined the team, I've been impressed by the supportive and collaborative environment fostered by the leadership and my colleagues. The management team cares and wants to know your ideas. I have worked at a lot of office jobs and they don't foster talent like The Optimal Group does. There is always room to grow and new opportunities.
Cons
There are really no cons, that I have experienced so far. It is an in-person place to work at the moment. But they are moving to more of hybrid approach in the future.
