Pros

The customers/people you meet and work with on a daily basis.

Cons

Bad pay. Lack of respect. Insufficient tools to complete job. Regularly not paid in time. Expected to work for free. Interrupted holidays. No support. Infested premises with no corrective actions. Demoralising treatment. Egotistical owner. Low staffing and team morale, regularly short staffed and forced to stay for double shifts. Interrupted breaks. Senior management will blame this on general managers, but offer no support, reduced labour and force general managers to make these decisions to remain afloat and keep their own jobs. The problem is the owner. This is not an isolated incidence, happens across all of the franchise locations owned by The Optimum Group.

Sometimes shifts are flexible, you get free drinks on shifts, and 50% on food when on a shift

Cons

they are always understaff and keep moving to different stores
