Pros

Great Engineers, Hybrid work, Brilliant manager, Happy to spend on internal systems, Keen to grow, No on call, No out of hours calls,

Cons

Lots of on prem, Slow adoption to cloud first, Tunnel vision re products, Director that doesn't believe in NGFW's "Drayteks are fine" attitude, Slow work, Not enough techs at director level, Lack of best practice work, slap together attitude, Owners clearly looking to sell, reserved, backseat sitters from the engineers perspective, Lack of progression, Lack of network documentation, Processes for the sake of having a process.
