      Would be a decent place if people would just come to work

      Pros

      - Close to home - Usually low census (less than 30 residents on AL side) - Nice looking (newer) facility; only about 10 years old

      Cons

      - Lower wage compared to others LPN jobs in nearby area - Often you will work short because of too many call-offs and low staff -Patients' acuity levels are often beyond the scope of Assisted Living -Still uses paper MAR on AL side (No computers).
