Although responsibility provided no authority comes with the responsibility making it hard to manage your tasks when constantly being called upon to help others. There is a considerable lack of genral business orientated mindset within the company, often felt like everyone was focused on completing the process rather than considering how the process may be better completed. Often managment completly disconnected from understanding the tasks required leading to constant disappointment without any constructive feedback simply expecting more. Compensation and commission are poor for the level of responsibility. Commission also goes unpaid if deemed undeserving regardless of your performance. General thoughts, seemingly a fun and exciting company. Reality: lovley people but, miss the point alot of the time and any creative thoughts are often compartmentalised with not your responsibilit;, a rather old/closed mindset to take in modern business.
