      Fellow employees try to be supportive Meaningful work

      Cons

      CEO was rude, belittling, and unprofessional. He ridiculed employees behind their backs and to their faces. He seemed to enjoy humiliating people. He harassed if you were sick. He micromanaged every aspect of everyone's work. There were strange relationships in senior management that we were supposed to be aware of but never acknowledge.

      This company has absolutely no loyalty even though they claim to a "family". The president, will tell you one thing but tells upper management another thing. He is does not keep his facts straight, but blames you, does not check e-mail but blames you for not knowing what is going on. He has an ego and acts like he knows everything but blames you when he doesn't understand. Upper management cares about themselves and "long term" employees. They are great at sales, beware of the true story.
