      Pros

      learnt more here than in any other environment. Big culture for learning, sales and constant feedback and support. It is a winning environment, and positivity is a must. Achievable targets with just a bit of effort on your side. Managers and leaders are invested in actually helping you and improving you. Massive opportunities, even partnership for the right person.

      Cons

      If you do not like feedback and growth you won't enjoy it. This is a sales job so targets are pushed to be hit,

      Pros

      Really good team culture and positive environment day to day. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and there’s a genuine focus on helping people improve. Good opportunity to build skills in client management, communication and problem solving. Teams work well together and there’s a strong balance between performance and support. Social side of the business is also a big plus.

      Cons

      It’s a fast-paced environment, so it can take a bit of time to get used to at the start. Once you find your rhythm though, it becomes pretty manageable.
