      friendly, great product, hybrid opps

      Cons

      4 people are currently leaving with no job to go to as they are massively overworked and constantly anxious about going to work due to lack of communication, no support and flip flopping and rude upper management. Managers work remotely and don't offer support

      Pros

      An oppurtunity to learn the ropes as an entry level job for a year ( no more than 2) Some nice people to work with. Good location of office for commute. Staff product allocation

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, little to no praise and lack of pay rise and promotional oppurtunitues, consistently impulsive management and CEO that delays and changes project requirements without additional time, lack of hiring more labor meaning added workload for already stretched teams and departments, repetitive and monotonous work, frustrating office culture and "office politics" nonsense.

      Lots of nice staff, many are dedicated, and talented at what they do. Staff discount & freebies are a nice pro.

      Cons

      Little flexibility around hybrid working.
