The benefits are good and pto is good.
Cons
Terrible communication, the pay, Perdiem is bad, outdated equipment, no schedule, last minute information, management is horrible, frequent changes ON the job-site, work/life balance, owner can’t ever make his mind up, lots of lies and shady behavior.
