      Favoritism isn't a bug, it's the whole system

      The actual work was solid.

      Cons

      The whole place runs on who you know, not what you do. I watched people half-ass their work get promoted while others busted their backs for nothing. There's this one group that can do no wrong and everyone else gets scrutinized for the smallest thing. Management obviously has their people and then there's the rest of us. Decisions aren't made on merit, they're made based on relationship. It's depressing because nobody's going to improve when there's no actual incentive if you're not in the right circle.

      The only decent aspect is my co workers.

      Cons

      It is extremely difficult and frustrating working under the leadership of Three Ships. Leadership is largely uncooperative and far too arrogant to listen to anyone else, especially people in lower positions. There is a strong ego driven attitude and zero openness to feedback or improvement. Overall, it is a deeply discouraging experience working with such immature and dismissive behavior.

      Ridiculous Attitude of Supervisors kills Morale

      Pros

      Remote work was allowed. It was a benefit for me as I liked spending more time with my loved ones.

      Cons

      The attitude of my supervisor was unbearable. This arrogant person pushed me into long, exhausting, and relentless hours. I had a terrible work life balance and no sense of peace. It was deeply discouraging and completely destroyed my morale. I felt no motivation for the role at all.
