Poor Management, high politics, People are hired even without giving interview if you are an ex-colleague of the hiring manager. Lack of professionalism. Use of Legacy technologies. Advice to aspirants : Join Tieto but don't join OIL and Gas. Scrum master and Agile is a joke in this department. Growth opportunities are limited here.
