Pros
You can drink on the job. If you cute you can get your way. Little to no repercussions for being late. You go out drinking after work as a team though, section & bottles paid for by owner.
Cons
Manager got a server pregnant. Owners sleeping with multiple employees. Everyone who knows the owner, gets free drinks & don’t have to tip. If your not attractive, don’t expect to work weekends or multiple shifts (expect to be a filler)
