      Not really a healthy workplace

      Pros

      The boss sometimes offered free food or drink. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Low pay. Over-loaded amount of work. Will be asked to do the job that not your responsibilities. Coworkers tried to blame on others if there is any mistakes. Terrible management. Company won't pay for Group health insurance. Favoritize those do not deserve.

      -Complimentary food/lunch on the company every weekend. -Good Holiday pay and a productive work environment. -Employees are friendly.

      Cons

      - Management is very unorganized, almost old-fashioned. - Since this is a Vietnamese family-run company, most of the employees are Vietnamese and usually do not take responsibility for their mistakes. -Long working hours. -Low pay rate
