      Second generation took over the business

      Pros

      Work life balance. Everyone just rush to leave the office once near end of the day.

      Cons

      Business owner took over the business from his dad, previously selling punch card machine. Most of the developers are located out of Singapore with less than 10 staff in singapore including the business owner. Business sells HR solutions at a cheaper option as compared to it's competitor but their software is always facing issues and having refund cases. Heavily reliant on govt grants such as PSG, CTC, CPC.

      The old staff were more amicable and works more as a team, but sadly either left or being let go for unprofessional reasons. Reasonable pay given

      Cons

      Toxic culture where underperforming employees were given labels by management. Differential treatment between genders. You will know the moment the management wants you to go when they start hiring new employees, and begin confronting you for every problems they may find.

      Extremely high turn over , employees come in and leave every single month like staycation , B*SS is the biggest problem, isn't nice and creates toxic environment, culture is horrible . JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK !
