      Bad working environment, old method micro-management No voice for the team

      Nice offices, great perks. some of the team members are great the management have a lack of experience and working culture

      Cons

      CEO is pushing itself to the center of everything, No voice for the team Laud environment with no conversation culture (on Zoom and also in real life meetings) CEO is leading the company by ego Lack of leadership and role model Lots of politics Unfortunately, not a healthy environment for a career opportunity

      - Great product with an impact (or at least used to be) - Beautifully designed offices - Fun lunch breaks (outside the office) - Great snacks

      Cons

      - Unequal treatment to team members (CEO has very clear favorites) - Lack of respect for personal time - Few to no benefits - Amateur HR (that sees the management before employees) - Goals and KPIs change on a weekly basis (which is not right for a 7-year old startup)

      * Excellent product with high value : Education for kids * High quality people : Makes it enjoyable to come every day to work. * High-driven and dynamic development : Everyone contribute to the product itself and engaged. * High motivating leader-ship : I've learned a lot and was inspired there. * Great work atmosphere , very nice offices.

      Cons

      * It's a start-up, so it may be stressful from time to time:)
