      Pros

      I worked there for 3 years and really enjoyed it. We got to work with lots of different clients from all over the globe on really great projects.

      Cons

      The work was really challenging and you have to work hard to keep up with all the the others on the team .

      The owner Roger Tipton moves companies every time he can't pay for his lies. Here are a few to watch out for. Tiptonde -- Tipton Design & Engineering NLSDE -- Northern lights solutions Engineered components international Good Hill holdings

      Cons

      I am not getting paid for the work that I did for this company. I am not the only employee or vendor that hasn't been paid. Tipton is claiming to have large capabilities and cannot back up this claim. This is a small company that will take your money and change their address and name quickly.
