- Startup culture and working style in a coporate-dominant industry. - Lack of people in the top management to balance the long-term goals and short-term plannings. - Wrong investment on features and services that bring no revenue. "Fail fast move forward" mentality is used excessively and without learning from past mistakes, only draining resources, time and money.
