Pros
High autonomy and ownership — you can really drive projects end-to-end. Very easy communication across teams, with direct access to decision-makers and quick feedback loops. Minimal bureaucracy (no “big company” heavy processes), which keeps things efficient. Great geographic flexibility / freedom to work from different locations. Young, dynamic team with a collaborative mindset.
Cons
Salary transparency could be improved (clearer ranges and progression paths). As in many fast-growing/lean companies, priorities can shift quickly and the pace can be demanding at times.
