Salary on time, nice office in Wroclaw, friendly people

Cons

Some projects are left totally on their own, with little to no support. With the recent merger, the communication is far from ideal. Unclear process for salary review, or career progress. Salary slightly below average.

Nice and talented people, good atmosphere. On the ML side there are some world class researchers involved. There are folks in the company who actively try to make it better.

Cons

Over reliance on a single partnership, very limited pool of projects to work on. There is some mess in the company processes which leads to lack of transparency.
