Micromanagement, unrealistic timings calculations and heavy workload to which pointless administrative tasks in support of corporate micromanagement are added, inhumane daily planning where even toilet breaks are either monitored or not considered in timings, unreachable targets, no perspective of personal or professional growth, let alone hope of any kind of promotion, unpaid overtime considered a must...do I really need to go on?
