      Pros

      Great work culture, lots of availability for overtime, team discount, supplied uniforms, easy to request days off

      Cons

      Pay and fuel reimbursement is lackluster compared to other pizza restaurants, scheduling is done in weird blocks that require you to work long shifts, benefits are bad.

      Their food is actually pretty good, you get a free item every time you work plus discounts for when you're not at work. If you need a really flexible schedule they can do that for you, but that is literally the only thing they got going for them and any food place has flexible schedules

      Cons

      Oh, where to begin to start the manager is proudly a narcissist and will tell you all about it. Because of this, they had an extremely toxic work environment that they expect 110% out of you every single day even though they're paying you $11 an hour. They see everyone as replaceable and will not appreciate you for anything you do. I have literally gotten there the middle of a rush got the oven and cut table completely caught up and fixed all the orders that were stacked incorrectly by a new employee, and I didn't get a good job thumbs up anything. What I did get, was told that I could be cleaner and faster at cut🙃. They criticize you over telling you you're doing a good job. they want to make perfect little robots, and that doesn't exist.

We are happy to read about the positive aspects of working at Toppers, such as a great friendly culture and management within our stores and giving our Team Members their preferred hours to work and honoring time off requests. For drivers, the pay is really great dependent on the shifts that you have asked to work and a lot of our drivers report that they make on avarge $20/hr with tips. How could it get any better than driving around listening to great tunes and hanging out with fun people in the store? We also appreciate your honest feedback concerning some of the things that you did not like about working for Toppers. For instance the wear and tear on personal vehicles and driving during poor road conditions. We recognize that there is wear and tear on our drivers cars and that is why we pay mileage reimbursement for each delivery run. Our drivers safety is important to us and therefore we have polices in place to help our drivers stay safe in tough driving conditions. Typically this is when we are also the busiest because our customers do not want to be out in the elements - BUT this is also when you can make the best tips. Thank you for your feedback! It is incedibly important to us so that we can continue to improve our practives and be a workplace of choice!

      - Heavy discount on food working or not working (subject to change) - Somewhat flexible schedule - Some nice and funny people

      Cons

      - Sanitary negligence by management/owners. - New ownership; perks were and are subject to change. - Late hours - People quitting every other week, loyal employees get piled on. - No one will trade or cover your shifts. - No effort to keep people around. - Owner will try to make you work while sick.
