Cons
Front office worked 45-55 hours a week without a fair salary to reflect the hours worked. When the team is in season, front office staff only received three to four days off each month. No hybrid work schedule. Mistakes were punished causing unnecessary stress on what is a very young and impressionable front office staff Gaslit employees to believing that all of the cons were part of working in sports.
